Delivery & refund policy
Digital delivery. These are operational launch terms and not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Delivery
Products are delivered electronically through the sales platform after successful payment. No physical item is shipped. Use a correct email address at checkout and check your spam or promotions folders if access does not arrive.
Refunds
Because downloadable files are available immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after successful access or download. We will investigate duplicate charges, failed delivery that support cannot restore, corrupted files we cannot replace, or a product materially different from its sales-page description.
