How Toolwise uses information. These are operational launch terms and not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Purpose
Information supplied during purchase or support is used to fulfil orders, provide customer support, maintain transaction records, improve products, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by the sales platform. Toolwise Africa does not ask customers to send full payment-card credentials by email.
Marketing
Marketing communication will be sent only where there is appropriate permission or another lawful basis, with a clear way to opt out.
